Ferncliff Bungalow has four rooms and two suites, each preserving the colonial-era décor and original furniture from the 1800s. The Amelia room offers garden views and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. Guests receive hot water bottles tucked into the beds at nightfall.

The on-site kitchen serves traditional Sri Lankan dishes and international cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients and produce from the property's own herb and vegetable garden. Breakfast includes customizable options, with early morning packed takeaways available for guests heading out on treks at 6 am. Dinner offerings include chicken lamprais, roast chicken, and homemade ice cream.
